A Healthy Identity and Positive Habits

I came across this podcast today. It was too good not to share so I did the next obvious thing, shared it with you and some other cool peeps 🙂

Anway, after that, I did the next not so obvious thing. I cut this quick loom video.

Lastly, I’m now doing probably the least obious thing: I’m asking you to do do yourself a favor and do the work.

Invest the 23 minutes of your life to watch both videos. I did it today, and you can, too.

I promise you’re not too busy. The world will continue to orbit while you watch and think about who you want to be.

If you do this work and it doesn’t work then I’m sorry, you wasted 23 minutes of your life.

However, if you do the work and it works, well I guess I’m not sorry after all.

Leadership is a choice. Winning is a choice. Habits are a choice.  

There’s no way around the work, and it’s all your choice.

  1. Great article, Chad! Thanks for sharing this inspiring and practical podcast. I must say that it’s a big shift to state the positive healthy identify truths to live in to, rather than stating the negative traits to fix. So, here are the things I aim to be this year:
    A business owner who leads and delegates well.
    A healthy and fit woman who loves to be active,
    A fun wife and mom that makes life awesome for my family.
    A great friend, strong, and generous.
    A child of God, His beloved who leans in and listens well and responds to His heart and voice.

  3. Have watched this video a couple of times now, and it’s a powerful message (as is his entire series on this topic).

    I’ve used this concept in setting up my 2022 visioning, not just professionally but personally as well. It’s been such a cool shift beyond just “one word” for the year.

    I am statements are so powerful, and those affirmations and manifestations in your life can change it entirely — truly believe that.

  5. I do believe it’s funny in life how the right message at the right time can change your life. I have always believed that attitude is everything and that as long as you have the belief and purpose that I will “solve the problem” you can do anything. Sometimes it takes longer then someone else but at the same time you have one life and the competition is against yourself. The only one that will stop you is you and I am a believer that I can do many things in life with the help of others around me. I look forward to what we do as a team and the great things this life will reward the people that will put in the time and effort when someone else won’t. Having the positive outlook that “I” will get this done and have everyone’s back around me to achieve great things. The Journey is always in my opinion the best part and the best memories and life lessons of the hard times and the great times. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
